Dr Frances started the MINDWORKS PROGRAM in 1999, as she believed strongly in the Power of MIND. She spent years doing research and participating in workshops, both locally and overseas, to learn about how powerful the mind can be. One of the strongest associations where she learnt and contributed to her growing knowledge was the Mind Science Association Malaysia.
 

Here she became the President of the Selangor Chapter and led all of their workshops before venturing and pioneering her own company called MW Professionals Sdn Bhd. It was here that she conducted over 500 workshops, both for the public as well as for corporations.

Leveraging on the Power of Psychocybernetics and the Science of the Mind research, she empowered herself by achieving numerous mind-blowing success stories. These included being able to complete her Masters with Distinction (the first in the University department), being able to complete her PhD (the first in her family), and being elected as the President of the ICF Malaysia Chapter (the first in Malaysia).

Professionally, she attained the highest coaching credential bestowed by the International Coaching Federation, viz., Master Certified Coach (MCC). She was also an ICF Global Board Director on various boards such as the ICF Global Enterprise Board, the ICF Global Ethics Board, and the ICF Thought Leadership Board. This culminated in her being the first and only Malaysian lady MCC to set up her own ICF Accredited Coaching School in 2022.

Academically, she graduated from University of Malaya, KL with a Bachelors in Accounting. Then, she completed her Masters in Accounting & Management Science from the University of Southampton and her Ph.D in Accounting from University of Malaya, KL.

Her corporate clients were from a myriad of industries such as; the Banking and Finance Industry, Property and Hotels, Oil and Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Telcos, FMCG, Insurance, Accounting and Advisory, Healthcare, National Utilities, as well as Education. 

Her proudest moments comprised seeing her clients accomplish breakthroughs, which they believed they were incapable of achieving. These achievements were in various areas such as a health, sales achievement, stress management and creativity among others too. 

In the area of health, there was Haji Hazri who was facing degeneration of the nerves, having already tried seeking medical help in various countries. He practiced the Mindworks techniques for 1 hour a day and was walked again, without any aid after only 30 days.  

For sales achievement, it was the Olympus sales team who achieved their 30-day of RM9 million within just a few weeks. 

In the area of stress management, Marcia from Pan Pacific who was facing chronic high blood pressure due to stress successfully reduced her blood pressure to 120/70 and no longer takes high blood pressure tablets after the Mindworks program. 

When it comes to creativity enhancement, there was Ms. C. who thought she was too ‘left-brained’ to be creative, but after 30 day of practicing the techniques from Mindworks, she successfully designed her sister’s garden very creatively.
