Mindworks Program For Students (10 to 13 Years Old)

This is a special edition of the Mindworks Program, tailored for students aged 10 to 13. This full-day workshop helps young learners build mental and emotional resilience through a fun and science-backed approach.

Participants will learn how to manage stress, silence negative thought patterns (Lizard & Limbic Brain), and strengthen clear thinking (Pre-Frontal Cortex). Mindworks Program For Students (14 - 16 Years Old)
