Teenagers today face immense pressure from academics, peer relationships, and personal expectations - often with little time to rest or recharge. The Mindworks Program is designed to help them break free from stress and anxiety through a science-based, interactive full-day workshop.
Students will learn to overcome self-doubt, strengthen their thinking brain (Pre-Frontal Cortex), and silence the stress-driven brain (Lizard & Limbic). Using a proven Blueprint and Toolkit, they’ll build confidence, clarity, and a powerful 30-day personal goal plan.
